Aon Consulting Private Limited has leased nearly 2 lakh sq ft of office space at Vista Earth Centre in Whitefield, Bengaluru, in a transaction carrying an estimated rental commitment of around ₹98 crore over five years.
The Aon Consulting Whitefield office lease covers a total chargeable area of 198,509 sq ft across the second, third, fourth and sixth floors of the commercial development. The premises have been leased from Vista Spaces Earth Centre Private Limited, according to registered lease details cited in reports.
The transaction represents a substantial office commitment by the consulting company in one of Bengaluru’s major commercial locations.
Aon Consulting Takes Space at Vista Earth Centre
The office premises are located within Vista Earth Centre in Whitefield and are spread across four floors of the development.
The lease has been signed for a tenure of five years, giving Aon Consulting a significant operational footprint within the property. The total chargeable area comes to just under 2 lakh sq ft, making the deal sizeable in terms of overall office occupancy.

The company has also provided a security deposit of approximately ₹10.74 crore as part of the agreement.

Lease Carries 15% Rental Escalation
The agreement includes a 15% rental escalation every three years.
Under this clause, the rental amount will increase during the lease tenure according to the terms agreed between the landlord and tenant.

Aon Consulting Takes Office Space in Two Phases

The company initially took more than 1.64 lakh sq ft across the third, fourth and sixth floors, with the lease commencement recorded in December 2025.
A second transaction followed in June 2026, when Aon Consulting added office space on the second floor. This additional area increased the company's overall presence at the property to 198,509 sq ft.
