Overall vacancy stood at 12.50%, while conventional office space accounted for 72% of leasing activity and flexible workspace contributed 28%.
Key office micro-markets continued to show varied performance. SBD South recorded 23.73 Mn sq. ft. of stock, with 8.7% vacancy and 0.32 Mn sq. ft. of net absorption, while PBD South had 14.36 Mn sq. ft. of stock and 12.3% vacancy. South-West recorded 19.52 Mn sq. ft. of stock with 7.69% vacancy, indicating comparatively tighter availability. Rental levels varied across markets, ranging from approximately INR 50–138 per sq. ft., depending on location and asset quality.
