The ideal candidate will lead the data compilation for residential markets in Bangalore by creating a strong network with the property owners and developers, clients. The ideal candidate will build on skills like effective communication, presentation, negotiation and gain an in-depth Real Estate market understanding. The team member must be self-motivated with an Entrepreneurial Spirit and Career-Driven Mindset.
A “Residential Executive Manager” is a key member that must be dedicated to providing exceptional client support, apply critical / strategic thought process and can bring freshness, quick transaction / sales cycle in Real Estate Industry. The Team Member would be a large representative for the firm in the market, interacting with the Developers, Landlords, and Clients for bringing the on-ground market knowledge to the firm.
Part 1 – Inbound Sales
- Manage inbound enquiries and schedule sales tours
- Make follow up calls to prospective customers
- Write, present, negotiate and close sales proposals
- Understand Bangalore Real Estate markets and update it on a regular basis
- Interact and meet with Landlords and Developers on a regular basis
- Maintain exceptional and positive relationship with Landlords and Developers
- Understanding real estate inventory
Part 2 – Outbound Sales
- Regular market visits for both cold calling and scheduled appointments
- Develop and enhance relations with prospective clients
- Handle enquiries
- Constantly update themselves with market knowledge
- Analyze and understand the requirements of the clients
- Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement
- Understand the residential quotes and proposals in details
- Undertake inspections with client
- Conclude the transaction by assisting in documentation
Part 3 – Client Servicing
- Handle agreement/agreement renewal process including handling meetings
- Function as an effective team member while supporting the efforts and concepts of other departments
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management
