Team Member Role: Digital Marketing - Executive Manager

We are changing the basic perception of common man towards the Real Estate Broking Industry and thus we are looking for young minds and feet to come aboard on a vision that has grown over 100% in floor strength 200% in top-line revenue Y-O-Y.

The ideal candidate will be in charge of planning, developing, implementing and managing overall digital marketing strategy that further advances the firm’s digital presence and brand value. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, running and managing campaigns on social media platforms, handling social media accounts, analyzing metrics and improving search engine optimizations. They will also be responsible for creating and running successful landing pages and ads on social media sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, plan and implement overall digital marketing strategy to build a lasting connection with consumers
  • Manage all digital marketing channels and oversee the company’s social media accounts
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts (ROI and KPI) using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
  • Manage and improve online content, SEO and Google Analytics (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Plan marketing campaigns, prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Monitor competition and implement improvements
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Skills required:

  • 1-2 years of experience as Digital Marketing Executive
  • 1-2 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Good knowledge and experience of all different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with B2C social media, SEO/SEM, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and CRM software
  • Familiarity with web design, landing pages
  • Critical thinker and should possess problem solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken (English)
  • MS Word, Excel and Power Point – Good knowledge required
  • Self-Starter, resourceful, confident, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented

Hours of Work:

  • 9:30 A.M to 6:30 P.M (Monday to Saturday) ,
  • Full Time

Remuneration:

As per Industry Standards
