Team Member Role: Warehousing & Logistics- Transaction Manager

We are changing the basic perception of common man towards the Real Estate Broking Industry and thus we are looking for young minds and feet to come aboard on a vision that has grown over 100% in floor strength 200% in top-line revenue Y-O-Y.

Looking for Talented, Competitive, Passionate Team members, who would want to learn Corporate Real Estate and the Warehousing Real Estate Sector in Bangalore and would want to implement their ideas alongside our market knowledge. The team member must be self-motivated with an Entrepreneurial Spirit and Career-Driven Mindset.

A “Transaction Manager” is a key member that must be dedicated to providing exceptional client support, apply critical / strategic thought process and can bring freshness, quick transaction / sales cycle in Real Estate Industry. The Team Member would be a large representative for the firm in the market, interacting with the Developers, Landlords, and Clients for bringing the on-ground market knowledge to the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Bangalore Real Estate markets and update it on a regular basis
  • Interact and meet with Landlords and Developers on a regular basis
  • Maintain exceptional and positive relationship with Landlords and Developers
  • Understanding their real estate inventory
  • Constantly update themselves with market knowledge
  • Reach out & follow up with the fastest growing warehousing companies and secure mandates
  • Analyze and understand the requirements of the clients
  • Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement
  • Understand the commercial quotes and proposals in details
  • Undertake inspections with client and negotiate the commercial rates
  • Conclude the transaction by assisting in documentation
  • Function as an effective team member while supporting the efforts and concepts of other departments
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management
  • Maintain MIS on daily / weekly basis.

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken. Knowledge of multiple language beneficial (Spoken)
  • MS Word, Excel and Power Point – Good knowledge required
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Understanding and commitment to client satisfaction
  • Self Starter, resourceful, confident, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
  • Ready to travel
  • Team handling and client management
  • To work under pressure

Hours of Work:

  • 9:30 A.M to 6:30 P.M (Monday to Saturday) ,
  • Full Time
